With more than 20 years of experience of strategic leadership and business development in tech, software, SaaS, and cybersecurity, I am a founder, entrepreneur, management consultant, board member and influencer. I help businesses and organizations achieve their strategic goals, optimize their performance, and grow their revenue and profitability.

I’ve developed, participated, led and worked with strategy and execution of different type of sales and GTM strategies, organizational changes, product and solution rollouts, M&As – leading building and shaping sales, marketing and technical teams working with sales and market creation, sales and marketing development both locally, regionally in EMEA and WW.

Over the years I have been working with, applying, educated and trained my teams in several different sales processes/strategies such as OKR, MEDDIC, SPIN, TAS etc. i’ve gathered loads of insights and experience around both direct and indirect (B2B) 2 tier market approaches – vendor, vendor management, channel ecosystem, partner programs, compliance, import/export, SI/GSI, alliances, resellers, distributors.
