… in my series of IAW´s we are now at IAW no 7 – 💡”Channel support & execution”

It’s all about communication and clear expectations, from the start!.

When asking partners what they think is most important when prioritizing who to work with – a few of the most common answers is 🛎️:

✅ Commercial attractiveness 

✅ Ease of doing business

✅ Market Acceptance & Demand

Do some thinking around :

✏️ How easy is it to work with, and make money with you as a vendor? 

✏️ Why and when do you want to work with partner A,B & C?

Two very easy and straight forward questions but make sure you think through this a couple of times and remember that different partnerships will ask for and require different values/resources. 

Most important of – all agree on what success looks like…
