Laser focused, disciplined, transparent and kind – How to develop a successful GTM Strategy that scales…

… it could be the title of my book, if I was about to write one.

I have instead decided to start with sharing a series of posts I will call ”IAW´s” 

(”It Actually Works”) here at LinkedIn. 

My goal with the ”IAW´s” is to hopefully provide you with some useful tips, insights, inspiration & reflections on the topic – when building & managing a world class extended salesforce that scales.

All of it based upon my own experiences, insights from people I have met and worked with, tools I have gathered and developed over the years on this topic.

So why should you even bother reading it?

The short answer is, after loads of reading, meetings, hands on experience and discussions with executives from all sorts of different industries over the years – my conclusion is that even though I up until now have gathered most of my ”hands on” experience building out and executed GTM strategies in the IT and tech industry, when building out a successful salesforce with scale, utilizing and get the most out of a one to many ”2-tier” GTM strategy the fundamental pillars to success are if not all the same, very similar and – it actually works.  

I often get the question where I get all my energy, drive and inspiration from. Its really easy and straight forward – my believe is that you in order to get really good at something, you need to be passioned about it!. 

And this is something I really enjoy doing are passioned about!!

Nothing would make me more glad if I can give you an idea or inspiration to try something different or remember something you’ve already learned – be passioned and pay it forward.
