Focusing on the business part to start with. Over the course of my carriere i have worked with all sorts of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, TAS, OKR… to an extent that I now have developed my own. A mix of all of these brilliant tools but packed with experience. One thing all these methodologies or you may call it tools have in common is to help you with a clear plan. like a map.  

 

Luck has nothing to do with it…

Work both harder and smarter!. I love sports and to make a parallel to any professional athlete out there. Business and sports are not that different. To becoome the best there is you have to make a plan, work hard, take help, work smart. often when summarizing a success you realize it takes a village to win.
